Dr. Michael Gresalfi has more than 30 years of proven expertise in leading national security focused policy and planning initiatives. He has substantive experience advising senior decision-makers, to include Federal agency and corporate level leadership.

A service-connected disabled veteran, he was previously a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. He received a PhD in Public Policy from the George Washington University, Washington DC. Dr. Gresalfi recently retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratory after nearly 25 years as a senior staff member located in the Washington DC area.

During 2018, he supported the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as the Senior Advisor for Counterterrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction, within the National Exercise Division. Dr. Gresalfi joined the TERRA Search Senior Advisory Board in March 2021 to share his expertise in policy planning and civilian-military cooperation.
