Our overriding purpose is to serve the nation and the families of our missing service personnel. Too many have waited too long to know the fate of their loved ones. For many, it will be too late. We serve again “in the field” with the same commitment and dedication we gave in our service on the global battlefield.
We approach each recovery operation to the conduct and standards expected by the Department of Defense. TERRA Search Promise is committed to achieving industry excellence, aspiring to the highest professional standards. We implement rigorous internal training, monitoring, and evaluation learning systems, beginning with our own. All newly recruited staff, less experienced team members, and volunteers are deployed under the mentorship of experienced senior personnel. Detailed critical analysis drives our decisions regarding the composition and expertise of our deployed teams. We do not compromise the mission, our standards, or our nation.
