Frank Fumega is a retired AT&T Operations manager and New York state Metropolitan Transit Authority fire and life safety officer. He has an extensive background in safety principles with over 35 years in Fire/Emergency Medical services. He is a volunteer with Team Rubicon (TR) as a stakeholder on their National Safety Roundtable. He also serves with TR as a Heavy Equipment Operator, [chain] Sawyer and Safety Instructor, all valuable skills to TERRA Search’s mission profile. He has held a United States Coast Guard 100 gross ton Master License for over 20 years and is a Harbor Master for the State of Connecticut. Frank brings a strong safety culture to TERRA Search and deployed with the veteran organization in 2024.
